The FITTIME story.
 
We designed FITTIME to empower people with the knowledge of exactly what it takes to create a healthy lifestyle. Being in the fitness industry for years we saw many people toil away in the gym for long periods of time for little to no results. Why was it that some people seemed to be able to transform themselves while others could not?

The answer was obvious.  People who succeeded in transforming themselves took the time to learn about their health and what was needed in order to go about changing themselves. We decided to create a program that educated the client about what was necessary to affect change.

The next problem we faced was as fitness professionals, the amount of people we could help was limited. Plus, what if someone couldn’t afford personal training, a healthy lifestyle should not only be available to those that can afford it!
